We've modified our Sunday Group Fitness timetable to make it easier for you to start your week right!
BodyPump will now begin at 10.25am. This is a great way to get the heart rate up and get pumped for the week ahead.
BodyBalance will also be available now at 11.25am. Relax after the weekend and rejuvinate before the week.
